Important bathing resorts are Gaeta, Anzio, Sabaudia, San felice al Circeo; the most famous thermal baths are in Fiuggi. The Circeo National Park and part of the Abruzzo National Park are in Lazio. Most cooking recipes are traditional ‘common folk’ recipes and include dishes such as bucatini all’amatriciana and alla carbonara (long pasta with bacon and tomato sauce or with bacon and eggs, respectively). Famous cakes are maccheroni alla noci and Easter cake. Twenty four DOC wines are produced in Lazio, including the famous Frascati superiore and Est! Est! Est! of Montefiascone.
